Week Twenty Six

25 Mar

Today doesn’t even feel like Friday to me. “Why?” you ask? Well, this morning I wasn’t running around cursing and ripping seams out. I actually finished my dress in about an hour on Sunday.

I had some jersey knit fabric that my mom sent me lying around. The design wasn’t my favorite, but I had an idea.

I was going to make an infinity dress! You know, those dresses you see for up to $200 even thought they are just some fabric sewn together with unfinished seams.

got some directions from this site:

and got to work…

And in about an hour I had a new dress that could be worn tons of different ways.

Next week I am going to “put a bird on it”.
